How to set up
your assistant?

Describe yourself in a few sentences.

Your messages set the context for everything that follows. Say who you are, what you do, what tone you prefer. The more specific, the better the assistant understands you.

Proboi reads email, schedules meetings, uploads files to Drive, creates and edits spreadsheets and documents.

• Gmail — reads, replies, creates summaries and newsletters

• Drive / Docs / Sheets — opens, finds, edits, answers about content
• Revoke access — /disconnect or in service settings

Proboi understands speech and can reply by voice if asked.

You can speak in whole paragraphs — Proboi transcribes, identifies the task and does it.

• Voice messages up to 20 minutes — transcription via Whisper, ~95% accuracy
• You can mix formats: dictate a task by voice, then send a file as text
• Replies are text. Ask reply by voice and it sends audio
• Russian, English and ~30 more languages, handles accents and jargon

Send PDFs, articles, textbooks — they're saved in your library.

Ask questions about the documents — the answers come from the real text. If something wasn't found, the bot says so — it won't make anything up.

Close Telegram — the task will finish anyway.

Long tasks run in the background. Large tasks are handed to multiple agents in parallel — Proboi figures out how to split them (you don't need to think about it).

• "Collect prices for this product from 20 shops" → .xlsx table
• "Rewrite all my drafts into one post" → finished text, 1500 characters

Data from open sources.

Proboi goes online, reads 5–10 sources in parallel, creates a summary with citations and links. If contradictions are found, it shows both sides and which source to trust more.

• All sources are labelled — links are clickable right from the chat

Meeting audio or video → transcript + minutes with action items.

Send the file (or a YouTube / Zoom recording link). Proboi splits by speaker, highlights tasks and decisions, uploads minutes to Google Doc and sends the link.

Proboi builds documents with formatting, sections and lists. It can't draw itself, but searches the web for suitable images and shows options to choose from.

Give instructions in text or voice.

Built-in server with Python, Node, browser and internet access. Proboi catches errors, fixes them and keeps going.

• Your own bot: describe the logic and get a bot with an admin panel for accepting requests
• Your own site: landing / portfolio → publishes at proboi.site/u/<your_id>
• Mini-games and prototypes: HTML file, open and play
• Don't like it — send edits as text or voice, Proboi will redo it

Inside Proboi's head is a network of connections, not a table.

Want to mark something important, forget something, start fresh — one phrase does it.
